By accessing or using Prodar ("Service"), including our free FBA availability checker and premium portal at prodar.ai/portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Prodar provides tools to check Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) product availability across US states. Our services include:

• Free Tier: One ASIN check per day at no cost
• Premium Tier: Pay-as-you-go pricing at $0.05 per ASIN per check, unlimited ASINs, bulk checks, scheduled monitoring (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly), and alert notifications

3. User Accounts

To access premium features, you must create an account at prodar.ai/portal. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond intended API usage
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without permission

5. Rate Limits

Free tier users are limited to one ASIN check per 24-hour period. This limit is enforced through various identifiers including IP address and browser cookies. Attempting to circumvent these limits may result in service suspension.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate FBA availability information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Amazon product availability can change at any time. The Service should be used as a reference tool only.

7. Premium Account Balance & Payments

Prodar Premium uses a pay-as-you-go model. You add funds to your account balance, which is deducted at $0.05 per ASIN per check. By adding funds, you agree to the following:

• Your balance does not expire and can be used at any time
• Each ASIN check deducts $0.05 from your balance
• Scheduled checks will automatically deduct from your balance when they run
• If your balance is insufficient, scheduled checks will be paused
• You may request a refund of your unused balance at any time (see Refund Policy)

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Prodar and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prodar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
