Prodar Premium uses a pay-as-you-go pricing model. You add funds to your account balance and pay $0.05 per ASIN per check. This refund policy explains how refunds work with this model.
Quick Summary: You can request a refund for your unused account balance at any time. Funds that have been used to run ASIN checks are non-refundable.
Our free FBA availability checker is provided at no cost and does not require payment. No refunds are applicable to the free tier as no payment is collected.
Unused Balance - Fully Refundable:
You may request a refund of your unused account balance at any time. The refundable amount is your current balance that has not been used for ASIN checks.
Important: Once funds are used to run ASIN checks, those funds are non-refundable. Each check is processed immediately and cannot be reversed.
The following cannot be refunded:
If you have active scheduled checks (hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly), you should pause or delete them before requesting a refund. Otherwise, scheduled checks may continue to run and consume your balance.
