Refund Policy - Prodar

1. Overview

Prodar Premium uses a pay-as-you-go pricing model. You add funds to your account balance and pay $0.05 per ASIN per check. This refund policy explains how refunds work with this model.

Quick Summary: You can request a refund for your unused account balance at any time. Funds that have been used to run ASIN checks are non-refundable.

2. Free Tier

Our free FBA availability checker is provided at no cost and does not require payment. No refunds are applicable to the free tier as no payment is collected.

3. Account Balance Refunds

Unused Balance - Fully Refundable:

You may request a refund of your unused account balance at any time. The refundable amount is your current balance that has not been used for ASIN checks.

Important: Once funds are used to run ASIN checks, those funds are non-refundable. Each check is processed immediately and cannot be reversed.

Total funds added $50.00

Checks run (200 ASINs x $0.05) -$10.00

Refundable balance $40.00

4. What Is Non-Refundable

The following cannot be refunded:

Completed checks: Any ASIN checks that have been executed
Scheduled checks that have run: If a scheduled check has already executed, those costs cannot be refunded
Processing fees: Payment processor fees are non-refundable

5. Scheduled Checks

If you have active scheduled checks (hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly), you should pause or delete them before requesting a refund. Otherwise, scheduled checks may continue to run and consume your balance.

We recommend:

Review all active schedules before requesting a refund
Pause or delete schedules you no longer need
Request the refund after confirming no pending checks

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund of your unused balance:

Log in to your account at prodar.ai/portal
Navigate to Account Settings > Billing
Click "Request Refund" and confirm the amount
Alternatively, contact us directly through our support channels

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
The exact timing depends on your financial institution
Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment
Minimum refund amount is $1.00

8. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in cases of:

Violation of our Terms of Service
Account suspension due to abuse
Chargebacks or payment disputes (please contact us first)
Fraudulent activity or multiple account abuse

9. Billing Errors

If you believe there was a billing error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, etc.), please contact us immediately. We will investigate and correct any verified billing errors, including refunding any overcharges.

10. Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, you may request a refund of your remaining balance at the same time. After your account is closed:

All scheduled checks will be cancelled
Your ASIN list and check history will be deleted
Any remaining balance will be refunded if requested

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
